Kabco Builders, Inc. began designing and producing homes in May 2003, completing its first HUD-code home just five months later. As a locally owned and independently operated company, Kabco is led by owners Keith Bennett and Mike Thompson, who bring over 35 years of combined experience in the manufactured housing industry. Both Keith and Mike previously served as in-plant production managers in manufactured home factories, giving them a deep, hands-on understanding of every aspect of home construction.
