Kabco Builders, Inc. embarked on home design and production in May 2003, constructing its inaugural HUD code home by October of the same year. As an autonomous and locally owned enterprise, Kabco Builders is led by proprietors Keith Bennett and Mike Thompson, who possess a collective experience exceeding 35 years in the manufactured housing sector. Both Keith and Mike have held roles as in-plant production managers at manufactured home factories, providing them with comprehensive insights into the industry’s intricacies. Supported by a seasoned management team, our company boasts a cumulative experience of over 90 years in accounting, production, engineering, and sales of manufactured homes.
